What is LivLite Outcomes Tracking™?

The Healthwise Technologies' LivLite Outcomes Tracking™ system is a sophisticated application designed for bariatic surgeons and hospitals to manage patient history, scheduling and outcomes for Bariatric and related surgeries.

It is designed to document surgical outcomes and track co-morbidities. As a side benefit, the system is designed to aid in conforming to the new rules and guidelines of the Center of Excellence programs of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery and major insurance companies.

This includes the tracking of the following patient related data:

• Surgical procedures and related metrics
• Complications arising from the procedures
• The tracking of co-morbidities and resolutions
• Weight lost, both actual and anticipated

The system is web based, needing no expensive computer hardware or in-house expertise, and is totally managed by Healthwise Technologies to provide you with the most robust available solution without any hassle in supporting the application.

The system uses proven industry standard technology, both to make it highly secure, as well as to provide a constant service, wherever you are, no matter what time it is or what type of system you are using.

LivLite Outcomes Tracking™ - Community Edition™ is free. Yes that is correct, free. Starting in January 2006, Healthwise Technologies will be giving away a '30-day trial' to our own software.

Do I need special training?

No! The LivLite Outcomes Tracking™ system was designed hand in hand with surgeon's front and back office staff to make the data entry as easy as possible. We even provide printable worksheets to aid in the collection process. If you need technical support, please contact a LivLite representative for details.

What if I need custom reports or specific forms?

If you need a specific report, or if you need help with creating an application for Center of Excellence, we offer custom reporting at an hourly rate. Please contact a LivLite representative for details.

What if I need to import my existing data?

We offer custom import of patient data. We support Excel, Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and FoxPro data formats. Import services are provided at an hourly rate. Please contact a LivLite representative for details.

What about exporting my data?

The export of patient data will be offered at a fee if you wish to leave the service. We will provide an encrypted password protected file for download.

Is my data safe and secure?

The short answer is yes! We use industry standard web technologies using a Microsoft Certified platform. All data is encrypted using a High Grade (128bit) SSL pipe. All data is backed up regularly, both on-site and off.

HIPAA Compliance

Healthwise Technologies is dedicated to protecting patient data. We have a strict non-transport policy where as no patient data is release to anyone other than the original group who entered the record.
